内蒙古医科大学附属医院药物临床试验机构Ⅰ期检测室主要工作涵盖Ⅰ期临床试验、临床检验、科研实验三大平台。机构检测室重视学科建设、能力建设、质量规范和创新发展。现有工作人员4人，涵盖药物分析学、药理学、药学等专业，是一支专业齐全、结构合理、踏实创新的团队。

Ⅰ期临床试验检测发展迅速，新方法、新技术层出不穷，为了更加精准的完成Ⅰ期临床试验检测工作，机构检测室安装了两台国际最先进的高效液相色谱串联质谱仪，分别为液相色谱-三重四极杆线性离子阱联用质谱仪（QTRAP 6500 LC-MS/MS）和四级杆-飞行时间高分辨液相色谱质谱联用仪（QTOF X500R LC-MS），为Ⅰ期临床试验提供精准、高效的检测数据。与此同时，Ⅰ期临床试验检测室围绕精准医疗对检测结果的要求，结合质谱检测发展的新趋势开展工作，为临床检测项目提供更新更全、结果准确可靠的数据。Ⅰ期临床试验检测室不仅要在药物临床研究和质谱应用领域保持国内领先水平，同时在科研方面也争取不断进取，取得更加丰硕的成果。

This testing department has four staffs, whose majors include pharmaceutical analysis, pharmacology, and pharmacy etc. The team is not only professional and comprehensive, but also is highly efficient and innovative. The development of the technology of phaseⅠdrug clinical trial testing is rapidly. New methods and technologies are updated very quickly. In order to better complete the phaseⅠdrug clinical trial test, the testing department installed two of the most advanced high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, QTRAP 6500 LC - MS/MS and QTOF X500R LC - MS.
